Data Privacy Notice

This Data Privacy Notice is provided to fulfil our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), effective from 25 May 2018, which requires greater accountability and transparency from organizations with regard to your personal information, and which gives you greater control over how we use it.

This statement outlines the approach of Olha Bespalova (hereinafter - the Operator) to Data Privacy to fulfil our obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) and the Data Protection Acts 1998 - 2018.

The Operator has as its main objective and condition to carry out its activities in respect of human rights and freedoms of citizens in processing their personal data, including protection of privacy, personal and family secrets.

The Operator may collect this information for activities such as provision of services, personal information, customer service queries, name, surname of the Customers, phone numbers. Ordinarily we do not transfer your personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) but where it is required to do so we will only transfer the data when an adequate level of protection to the treatment of your data is ensured.

We are concerned to protect the privacy of children aged 18 or under. If you are aged 18 or under, you must get a parent/guardian's permission before you provide any personal information to the Operator.
